FDA recalls 9 batches of 'contaminated' antibiotic Tazocin

The Food and Drug Administration has recalled nine batches of the antibiotic medication Tazocin after silicone oil contamination was found in numerous vials. The FDA was alerted by Ramathibodi Hospital that Tazocin with the registration number 2cl/54 (N), by Pfizer (Thailand) Co, was contaminated.
